Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
- Manage and oversee the company’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business.
- Create and publish engaging content, including graphics, photos, videos, promotions, and customer testimonials.
- Plan and manage social media campaigns to promote laundry services, special offers, and new products.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints on social media platforms.
- Monitor online reviews and maintain the company’s reputation and brand image.
- Generate leads and increase customer acquisition through social media marketing.
- Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to ensure accurate information is communicated to customers.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and monitor their performance.
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Organize and coordinate online promotions, giveaways, and digital campaigns.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND in marketing, mass communication, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Remuneration: NGN 250,000 Monthly
