Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new customers and business opportunities.
• Promote AJC Nigeria Limited's nylon printing and packaging services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct customer visits and business development activities.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer requests.
• Negotiate with customers and support the conversion of leads into sales.
• Achieve agreed monthly and periodic sales targets.
• Monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Prepare regular sales and market development reports for management.
• Work closely with the production and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are properly communicated and delivered.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an OND in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related role is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Good customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of the Port Harcourt business environment is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using WhatsApp, email, and other digital communication tools.
• Must be honest, presentable, disciplined, and professional.

Preferred Experience: Experience selling packaging materials, nylon products, printing services, FMCG-related products, or other manufacturing products will be an added advantage.
