SALES OFFICER (MARKETER)
Job Summary
The Field Agent acts as a bridge between the company and the principal/sub-agents. They are responsible for maintaining sales relationships with all agents and growing company revenue through maintained relationships and new agents acquisition.

Job Description/Requirements
Reporting line: Chief Operating Officer
Working Hours: Monday - Saturday, 9 am - 6 pm
A Field Agent is responsible for;
- Managing new and existing principal agents
- Onboarding principal agents
- Instructing principal agents on lottery rules and regulations
- Conducting quarterly training for principal agents on how to use the terminals
- Ensuring principal agents utilise terminals provided through the duration of games
- Monitoring daily sales made and contacting principal agents to ensure they meet daily sales targets to avoid terminal retraction
- Mapping out areas with high footfall and gaming culture and acquiring new principal agents to grow company revenue
- Generating sales reports and developing strategies to generate more sales
- Generating and sending daily reports to principal agents
- Receiving cash payments from principal agents and ensuring all bank payments are made.
- Organising field visits to survey the market and supervise market activities
- Generating reports on market and competitor activities and liaising with the media team to develop and implement marketing activities such as roadshows, promos e.t.c
Skills / Competencies
- Excellent sales, marketing and negotiation skills
- Strong and dynamic interpersonal and communication skills
- Result oriented
- In-depth knowledge of the gaming industry
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- 1 - 2 years of experience in sales. (Sales within the gaming industry will be an added advantage)
- B.Sc / HND (O’ Level with experience is acceptable)
