The Sales Manager is a critical role in the success of HAUSBA’s value proposition delivery being a touchpoint with our new and existing clients who are in the process of constantly revalidating our value proposition. The Sales Manager is responsible for driving organic growth by enhancing regional sales and business development capabilities through strategies that increase market penetration.

Job Description/Requirements

Profile of the Sales Manager and how they will make an impact:

  • The Sales Manager has proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a technical/consumer electronics industry. They should be able to have an understanding of the direct-selling distribution process which will be deployed to develop and implement a B2B and B2C channel strategy at a regional level.
  • By delivering on the budget (P&L) and strategic objectives as planned, the Sales Manager will collate and prepare business and sales analytic reports which measure in detail the business’ sales performance on weekly, monthly, and quarterly intervals 
  • They are tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, Key accounts, dealers, and key industry stakeholders to increase our visibility and sell our products. This is achieved by understanding our products, competition, and success factors to drive value and volume achievement in the country.   
  • They will be able to enhance HAUSBA’s awareness and product management by building, managing, training, and motivating Sales Executives, Independent Sales Representatives, Store Manager, and Experience Store Consultants.  

Required Skills, Competencies, and Qualifications:

  • Management experience in Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product Development.
  • 3-5 years Management experience in a Technology Start-up Venture or a reputable and established Technology Service Distribution and/or Solutions Company
  • B.Sc. in any discipline, MBA, or Masters is an added advantage
  • Experience with Channel Sales and Distribution
  • Passion for Technology and IOT
  • A problem thinker and solver
  • A fast and adaptive learner 
  • International Exposure 
  • Ability to incubate a startup business from conception to establishment.
  • Strategic Executive Management ability in Business Development 
  • Operations and Organizational Capacity Building.
  • Ability to implement and grow business franchises models.


  • Salary: NGN960,000- NGN1.4M per annum, NGN250,000- NGN525,000 monthly.
