Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
- Drive sales of holiday club memberships, resort memberships, and holiday packages.
- Generate and convert leads through marketing campaigns and partnerships.
- Conduct sales presentations and close membership sales.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training.
- Use CRM systems and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve lead generation, customer engagement, and reporting.
- Prepare sales and marketing performance reports.
- Marketing & sales of other products/services by the company
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in holiday club, resort membership, hospitality, travel, or vacation ownership sales.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven team leadership experience.
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working in a structured, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and AI-powered productivity tools.
