Responsibilities:
- Support stakeholder recruitment, outreach, and interview scheduling.
- Participate in semi-structured interviews and produce clear, structured notes.
- Conduct literature, market, competitor, and desk research.
- Maintain stakeholder contact lists, research trackers, and the project knowledge base.
- Support survey administration and contribute to weekly synthesis of emerging findings.
Requirements:
- Strong research, analytical, writing, and organizational skills.
- Confidence communicating professionally with research participants and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, online research tools, and shared documents.
