Head Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Provide effective leadership and supervision of teachers and school staff.
• Oversee the day-to-day academic, administrative, and operational activities of the school.
• Monitor teaching quality, lesson delivery, pupils’ progress, and overall academic standards.
• Develop and maintain a safe, disciplined, and supportive learning environment.
• Manage school routines, timetables, assemblies, meetings, and other daily activities.
• Supervise staff performance and provide guidance, support, and feedback.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and address concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and educational standards.
• Support the development and implementation of school programmes and activities.
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates to school management.
• Promote the growth, reputation, and overall success of the school.

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in teaching, school administration, or educational leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or school leadership position is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage teachers, pupils, parents, and other stakeholders effectively.
• Passion for education and commitment to maintaining high academic and professional standards.
• Must be 30 years or older.
