Job summary

The Lead Facilitator will manage an eight week video production and editing program. Perfect for an experienced videographer, you will design the curriculum, teach professional camera and editing skills using Premiere Pro and CapCut, mentor young creatives, guide practical projects, and provide equipment alongside TAC Hub studio facilities.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Curriculum & Training:

  • Develop and refine the 8-week curriculum, lesson plans, and practical exercises.
  • Deliver daily training sessions, Monday to Friday, including demonstrations and practical coaching.
  • Conduct workshops on Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and advanced editing tools.


Production & Supervision

  • Guide participants during TAC productions and assign production roles across the team.
  • Supervise camera operations (DSLR, mirrorless, and PTZ cameras), lighting, and audio.
  • Review recorded materials and trainee-edited content for quality, completeness, and adherence to professional standards.
  • Assessment & Mentorship
  • Monitor participant progress, attendance, engagement, and evaluate practical assignments.
  • Provide structured feedback, career mentorship, and guidance on freelance and employment opportunities.


Equipment & Facility Management:

  • Bring required professional equipment (DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, tripods, lighting, audio equipment, and storage-    devices) for training and demonstrations.
  • Work within the facilities and studio resources provided by TAC Hub.


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent demonstrable expertise.
  • Strong videography and video-editing portfolio/showreel.
  • Proficiency with professional cameras (including PTZ cameras), Adobe Premiere Pro, and CapCut.
  • Experience in studio production, corporate/institutional content, and training young people or cohorts.
  • Strong communication, technical training, and mentoring skills.
