Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned legal opinions on various matters.
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and other legal instruments.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other dispute resolution forums.
- Provide legal advisory services to clients on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and provide timely updates on legal matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from a recognised university.
- Minimum of 3 years post-call experience.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian laws and legal procedures.
