In-House Counsel

• Provide timely and accurate legal advice to the Chairman, Managing Director, management team, and other departments.
• Advise management on the legal implications of business decisions, company policies, commercial transactions, and proposed partnerships.
• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, consultancy agreements, non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Review agreements with customers, hotels, merchants, technology providers, business partners, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that contractual documents clearly define the rights, obligations, payment terms, confidentiality requirements, termination conditions, and dispute resolution procedures of the parties.
• Advise the company on legal issues relating to software development, mobile applications, websites, digital platforms, and technology-based services.
• Assist in protecting the company's intellectual property, including software, source code, trademarks, logos, business names, domain names, product designs, and proprietary business information.
• Draft and review intellectual property assignment agreements, software licensing agreements, technology service agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
• Advise on ownership of intellectual property created by employees, developers, contractors, and third-party service providers.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience
• A minimum of an MBBS
