Job summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced In-House Counsel to provide legal advice and support to the company across its business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, reviewing and drafting agreements, managing legal risks, and representing the company where necessary
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day legal advice and guidance to management and different departments.

Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret contracts, agreements, employment letters, leases, vendor agreements, and other legal documents.

Advise the company on employment and labour-related matters.

Ensure compliance with applicable Nigerian laws, regulations, and industry requirements.
- Provide legal support for hotel operations, property matters, commercial transactions, and business activities.

Advise management on disciplinary matters, staff grievances, terminations, and other employment-related issues.

Maintain proper records of contracts, legal documents, correspondence, and ongoing legal matters.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
- A minimum of a diploma in a related field
