French-speaking Event Assistant
Job summary
We are seeking female French-speaking hostesses to support our events that are attended by Francophone guests. This is a part-time job role that combines event hosting and interpretation services. Your job is to ensure that French-speaking attendees feel understood, welcomed, and well-assisted throughout the event.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Welcome and assist Francophone delegates at the registration desk.
- Hand out badges and provide directions and guidance.
- Assist Francophone delegates with communication and interpretation during simple conversations between guests and event organizers.
- Support registration desks, information points, and VIP reception.
- Follow event dress codes and hostess etiquette standards.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and excellence.
- Professionally spoken and written French and English communication skills
- Ability to interpret French to English and vice versa during conversations.
- Ability to undergo and pass the hostess training at Emerald Green Ushering Services.
- Professional appearance and grooming
- Friendly, confident, and articulate personality
- Able to resume at 8:00 am prompt in Victoria Island.
- Available for 3 days in June and November 2026
