Job summary
To develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, enhance property visibility, generate qualified leads, and support property sales and leasing activities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
- Plan and execute SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns to drive website traffic and generate qualified leads.
- Optimise the company website, landing pages, and digital assets to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Create, manage, and publish engaging content across social media platforms and other digital channels.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing platforms.
- Generate and nurture leads through digital marketing initiatives and support the sales team in achieving conversion targets.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and sales teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns.
- Manage the company's online reputation and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital
- platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improve campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, mass communication, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
- Experience in content creation, social media management, and lead generation campaigns.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a results-orientated mindset.
- Experience as a digital marketer within the real estate, property development, construction, or property management industry will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrable experience generating leads for property sales, leasing, or real estate investment opportunities will be highly preferred.
