Job Description/Requirements

Job's focus is on increasing brand awareness and promotion through the effective and expert use of social media outlet platforms and tools. He/She will use posts, fliers, comments and replies to engage our audience and develop a relatable company voice. The duties include the following.

  • Work closely with the Administrator and Chief Operating Officer on the creation of events, social media calendars, scheduled posts for the company's growth and awareness
  • Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company's brand
  • Manage and update the company's website with the latest information, news and images
  • Design  fliers, company portfolios and other relevant marketing materials as the need arises
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Analyze digital marketing plans and social media strategy, identify weaknesses and make recommendations for improvement
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network


  • A portfolio containing his/her works must be provided
  • A degree or certification in advertising, marketing, sales, customer service, journalism or public relations
  • Must have 3 - 5 years experience as a social media officer, specialist or similar role
  • Must be an excellent content creator, writer and editor
  • Social media strategists using social media for brand awareness and impressions
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Experienced graphics designer
  • Additional experience in content marketing, blogging and website basic profile coding
  • A medical background or previous experience in a medical company is an added advantage
