Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and manage the company’s social media strategy.
  • Create actionable plans to grow and maintain an organic following across all social platforms
  • Manage the company’s online communities to ensure appropriate engagements.
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure appealing and informative content.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement whilst suggesting content optimization.
  • Running and analyzing data to determine the success of media campaigns in achieving set objectives.
  • Build brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
  • Ensure progress on all social platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others.
  • Oversee the daily management of media activities and brand consistency.
  • Oversee customer service provided via social media.
