Creative Content & Scriptwriter

Responsibilities:

• Create original stories and scripts that capture attention, build emotion, and keep viewers engaged.
• Take story ideas from concept to finished video by developing characters, writing scripts and dialogue, creating scene breakdowns, and editing videos using CapCut.
• Ceeate a variety of content including emotional, inspirational, funny, dramatic, relationship, friendship, betrayal, life lesson, and second chance stories.

Requirements:

• Strong storytelling and creative writing skills
• Experience writing scripts for YouTube or social media content
• Ability to create strong hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds
• Ability to develop interesting characters, conflict, suspense, humor, emotion, plot twists, and meaningful endings
• Strong understanding of social media content and audience retention
• Ability to write natural and engaging dialogue suitable for voiceovers
• Experience creating short-form and long form video content
• Comfortable using CapCut for video editing
• Ability to add captions, music, sound effects, transitions, zooms, and other video elements
• Ability to maintain character and storyline consistency throughout a story
• Creative, dependable, organised, and able to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new AI tools and content creation techniques
• Previous experience with AI-generated video content is a plus
