Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival.
- Assist customers in selecting gadgets and related accessories based on their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product features and provide accurate information on specifications and pricing.
- Handle sales transactions efficiently using POS systems.
- Manage product displays, ensure shelves are stocked, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Keep updated on the latest gadget trends and product knowledge.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and restocking.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of BSC.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
