Role Description

We are seeking a Freelance Product Designer for a full-time, remote role. The Product Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing user-friendly digital products, conducting user research, and applying design thinking principles to develop innovative solutions. Day-to-day tasks include creating compelling visual designs, refining user experiences based on research insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring all designs align with the company’s mission of empowering learners through education. You will play a key role in crafting intuitive, impactful, and visually appealing user interfaces that meet the needs of diverse clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Visual Design and Product Design, with a keen eye for detail and a portfolio of prior work.
• Strong skills in Design Thinking and conceptualization to create user-centered solutions.
• Experience in User Research and UX Research to gather and analyze user needs and behaviors.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts effectively.
• Knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt designs based on user feedback.
• Understanding of educational or e-learning platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Product Design, User Experience, Graphic Design, or a related field.
