As the Talent Sourcing Officer, you will be the engine of our talent pipeline. This is a strategic, high-intensity sourcing position that demands proactive headhunting, market mapping, candidate experience excellence, and data-driven recruitment intelligence. You will own the front-end of the talent supply chain for one-off executive placements.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute sophisticated Boolean and LinkedIn Recruiter search strategies to identify, engage, and attract passive top-tier talent across all levels (from entry-level volume hires to C-suite executives).
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, competency-based screening interviews, and provide shortlists with insightful, data-backed recommendations.
- Own end-to-end candidate experience: from first touchpoint to offer stage, ensuring every interaction reflects our premium brand.
- Lead headhunting mandates on behalf of clients and the firm, working closely with the Talent Manager and Chief HR Officer.
- Continuously enrich and audit recruitment databases, dashboards, and reports that drive strategic decision-making.
- Draft compelling job adverts, outreach messages, and employer branding content that convert passive candidates.
- Forecast hiring demand, build recruitment project plans, and deliver assignments in a timely, professional, and cost-effective manner.
- Act as brand ambassador at networking events, universities, and industry forums to strengthen our talent communities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of proven full-cycle sourcing/recruitment experience, ideally within an HR consulting, executive search, or RPO environment.
- Demonstrable success in headhunting senior-level and niche-skilled professionals across multiple industries.
- Exceptional sourcing & headhunting craftsmanship
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management
- Data-driven mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal finesse
