Human Resource and Administration Manager
Job summary
The HR & Admin manager is responsible for efficiently managing all human resources and administrative tasks within the organisation. This position involves maintaining personnel records, assisting in recruitment, and coordinating employee onboarding/offboarding, and ensuring smooth office operations.

- Responsible for the overall quality system in the HR department.
- Talent Acquisition, Talent Orientation, Motivation and Performance Management,
- Learning and Development Management, Conflict resolution and management.
- Maintain employees’ leave, medical, and attendance records. Keeping track of
- employees’ attendance/ absenteeism and reporting to the operations manager.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Developing and updating documents such as job descriptions, employee
- handbooks, performance appraisals, forms, SOPs, policies, and other HR related
- documents to ensure compliance.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
- Payroll management and administration.
- Maintain employees' leave, medical,l and attendance records.
- Keeping track of employees’ attendance/ absenteeism and reporting to the operations manager.
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
- Establish control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices and review systems and processes, and make modifications to address issues.
- Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters.
- Review, update, and maintain proper filing of employee records and send general emails/memo/notification to all employees as deemed necessary
- Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employees’ termination.
- Planning of company events or activities on occasions as authorized by management.
- All administrative functions, including the management of administrative staff.
- Ensure office premises are well-maintained and secured.
- Ensure the optimal operation of all office equipment.
- Any other administrative-related matters.
- BSc in HR/Administration or related field
- 5 years post-qualification in a similar/equivalent position
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPM) is an advantage
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
