Job summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Officer to oversee and strengthen our people operations. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR systems to ensure a productive and compliant work environment. This role is responsible for building strong HR processes that support the company’s growth while maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Management:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop hiring strategies to attract top talent across departments.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns and workplace issues.
- Promote a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
Performance Management:
- Coordinate employee performance reviews and evaluations.
- Support managers in setting performance goals and tracking progress.
- Assist with staff training and development initiatives.
Policy Development & Compliance:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company standards.
- Support management with HR insights for better decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR or people operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and employee management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
