Job summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Officer to oversee and strengthen our people operations. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR systems to ensure a productive and compliant work environment. This role is responsible for building strong HR processes that support the company’s growth while maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Management:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Develop hiring strategies to attract top talent across departments.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.


Employee Relations:

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns and workplace issues.
  • Promote a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.


HR Administration:

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.


Performance Management:

  • Coordinate employee performance reviews and evaluations.
  • Support managers in setting performance goals and tracking progress.
  • Assist with staff training and development initiatives.


Policy Development & Compliance:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company standards.
  • Support management with HR insights for better decision-making.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR or people operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and employee management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
