NEXT ABROAD LTD seeks a results-driven HR, Operations & Business Development Officer to manage staff performance, coordinate daily operations, track tasks, improve accountability, and drive corporate partnerships and B2B growth.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor the day-to-day activities and productivity of staff.
- Track tasks assigned to employees and ensure timely completion.
- Follow up on incomplete, delayed or outstanding tasks.
- Maintain an effective staff task tracking and accountability system.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline and workplace productivity.
- Identify staff performance gaps and recommend improvement strategies.
- Coordinate internal communication and workflow between staff and management.
- Submit detailed weekly staff performance and task completion reports to management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and employee administration.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office and administrative operations.
- Identify companies, organizations and institutions that can purchase NEXT ABROAD LTD's products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential corporate clients and strategic partners.
- Generate qualified B2B leads and arrange business meetings.
- Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities.
- Maintain an active corporate sales and partnership pipeline.
- Submit weekly business development and partnership reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR, operations, business development, corporate relations or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
- Strong business development and corporate relationship skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to confidently communicate with business owners and decision-makers.
- Proven ability to manage people, processes, and task completion.
- Experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships or business development is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Strong reporting, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- High level of professionalism, accountability and confidentiality.
