Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Administer HR policies, procedures and ensure compliance with labour laws.
- Manage employee relations and provide timely resolution to workplace issues.
- Oversee performance management and training initiatives.
- Handle payroll inputs, attendance and HR records management.
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals.
Requirements:
