Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
- Manage performance management (KPIs, goal setting, coaching, evaluations).
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Lead employee relations and engagement initiatives.
- Oversee payroll administration with Finance.
- Manage HRIS and employee records.
- Drive learning and development programs.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience and knowledge of Nigerian labor laws.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- HR certification (CIPM, SHRM) is an advantage.
- High integrity and confidentiality.
Location: Ikate, Lekki, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 350,000
