he HR/Admin Executive supports end-to-end HR operations and provides essential office administration services to ensure a productive, compliant, and well-run workplace. This role is hands-on and process-driven, supporting employees and managers across the employee lifecycle—recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, employee relations, and general office administration.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR):

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate end-to-end hiring logistics: job postings, CV screening support, interview scheduling, reference checks, offer documentation, and candidate communication. Manage onboarding administration: employee files, contracts, policy acknowledgements,  orientation coordination, and new-starter readiness. 
  • HR Operations & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (contracts, confirmations, promotions,  transfers, exits). Manage leave/attendance documentation and HRIS updates (where applicable). Prepare HR letters and templates (employment confirmations, disciplinary letters, exit documentation). 
  • Performance & People Support: Support performance management cycles: trackers, reminders, documentation, and review coordination. Assist in implementing and tracking action plans (PIPs, coaching plans) with managers. Support employee engagement activities and internal communications. 
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Serve as first-level support for employee HR queries, escalating complex matters appropriately. Support disciplinary/grievance processes through accurate documentation and coordination. Ensure adherence to HR policies and applicable labour regulations.
  • Training & Development Coordination: Coordinate learning programs and logistics (training calendars, vendors, attendance,  records). Maintain training/certification records and support skills matrix updates (where relevant). 
  • HR Reporting: Prepare basic HR reports: hiring pipeline, headcount, attrition, leave trends, and monthly HR  activity summaries. 


Administration (Admin):

  • Office Administration & Facilities: Ensure smooth office operations: workspace readiness, supplies, office assets, and general facilities coordination. Liaise with landlords, facility providers, cleaning/security, and service vendors. 
  • Vendor & Procurement Coordination: Manage vendor relationships for office services and supplies; coordinate quotations,  purchase requests, and delivery follow-ups. Track administrative expenses and support reconciliation with Finance. 
  • Asset & Inventory Management: Maintain asset registers (laptops, access cards, office equipment) and manage allocation/return processes. Maintain office inventory levels and reorder supplies proactively. 
  • Travel & Logistics Support: Support local and international travel logistics (bookings, itinerary coordination) where required. Coordinate meetings and event logistics (venues, refreshments, setup, visitor management).
  • Front Office & Records: Manage visitor reception, calls, and general correspondence professionally. Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for key admin and HR documents, ensuring confidentiality. 


Requirements:

  • HND/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in HR operations and office administration (generalist exposure).
  • Working knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices. 
  • Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills. 
  • High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive employee and company information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); HRIS and basic procurement tools are an advantage.

Remuneration: NGN 400,000 - 500,000 Net
