Administrative/Human Resources Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strong-willed female Administrative/Human Resources Officer to oversee office administration, enforce company policies, and maintain discipline and structure within the organisation. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in administrative or human resource management and possess the authority and confidence required to uphold standards consistently.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office space, equipment, and supplies
- Oversee daily office operations and workflow
- Ensure adherence to office procedures and policies
- Maintain office discipline and decorum
- Monitor punctuality and attendance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Ensure proper filing of administrative and HR documents (physical and digital)
- Approve leave requests
- Maintain leave records
- Address absenteeism issues
- Investigate misconduct
- Issue warnings (verbal and written)
- Maintain disciplinary records
- Recommend suspension or termination when necessary
- Ensure fairness and consistency in disciplinary actions
Requirements:
- Female candidate only
- Age: 45 years and above.
- Minimum of 6-7 years’ experienceas an Administrative Officer or Human Resources Officer
- Strong personality with the ability to enforce rules firmly and professionally
- Proven experience managing discipline and compliance
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, digital record keeping)
- Strong documentation and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Firm but fair
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Confident and authoritative
- Professional and principled
- Able to work independently and report directly to management
