Job summary
We are in search of an HR Executive to initiate and lead our HR & Admin duties. The ideal candidate should be motivated, result-oriented, strategic in thinking, and proactive. The role involves supporting and implementing HR strategies, policies, and general office administration, while ensuring compliance with labour laws and company regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise recruitment and onboarding systems
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and evaluations
- Coordinate staff training and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory regulations
- Review and update the employee handbook and HR policies
- Handle employee discipline, welfare, queries, benefits, and compensation administration
- Assist in initiating and implementing HR strategies, programs, and process improvements
- Manage workplace grievance procedures and conflict resolution in line with best practices
- Support general office administration and HR operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- 2–3 years relevant experience in an HR Executive or HR Generalist role
- Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Ability to support the implementation of HR systems and policies
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Remuneration: NGN 345,000 Monthly Gross
