Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Talent Management strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision. 
  • Identify workforce gaps, develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. 
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. 
  • Design and implement training and development programs to help employees develop or enhance necessary skills and knowledge, and establish succession plans for key roles. 
  • Implement talent management and engagement strategies to retain high-performing employees and promote innovation. 
  • Implement a fair, equitable, and transparent performance management system. 
  • Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, productivity, and retention. 
  • Foster a culture of open communication and continuous feedback. 
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on policies and procedures. 
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate employee records and documentation. 
  • Boost our employer brand by ensuring the organisational culture and processes produce a positive experience for talent.  
  • Promote the company's values and mission both internally and externally. 
  • Build, motivate, and lead a high-performing team across the various departments of the Company. 
  • Delegate tasks effectively and provide ongoing mentorship and development opportunities for team members. 
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.


Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.  
  • Ability to foster and maintain relationships.  
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.  
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a passion for developing potential to its fullest 
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.  
  • Familiarity with MS/Google suite and work-related technologies is a must. 
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. 
  • Must possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. 
  • Familiarity with relevant Labour Laws and Regulations. 
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of  5 years of experience in Talent Management. 
  • Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an added advantage. 
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools. 
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.  
  • Familiarity with MS/Google suite and work-related technologies is a must 
  • A strong understanding of the energy and engineering sector will be an added advantage. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Preferably a female.


Key Performance Indicators

  • Turnover and Retention Ratios 
  • Overall Workforce Performance on annual targets. 
  • Development of skills, competencies, and knowledge of team members.
