Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Talent Management strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision.
- Identify workforce gaps, develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Design and implement training and development programs to help employees develop or enhance necessary skills and knowledge, and establish succession plans for key roles.
- Implement talent management and engagement strategies to retain high-performing employees and promote innovation.
- Implement a fair, equitable, and transparent performance management system.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
- Foster a culture of open communication and continuous feedback.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
- Boost our employer brand by ensuring the organisational culture and processes produce a positive experience for talent.
- Promote the company's values and mission both internally and externally.
- Build, motivate, and lead a high-performing team across the various departments of the Company.
- Delegate tasks effectively and provide ongoing mentorship and development opportunities for team members.

Requirements:
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to foster and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
- Familiarity with MS/Google suite and work-related technologies is a must.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Must possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with relevant Labour Laws and Regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Management.
- Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
- Familiarity with MS/Google suite and work-related technologies is a must
- A strong understanding of the energy and engineering sector will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Preferably a female.
