Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Draft and manage HR correspondence and official documents.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance management activities.
- Coordinate payroll, leave administration, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal policies, and best HR practices.
- Provide advisory support to management and staff on HR-related issues.
- Promote effective communication and a positive work culture across all levels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or any related field (Minimum of 2:1).
- M.Sc. in a relevant field is an added advantage.
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in human resource management or administration.
- Certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) or another recognised HR professional body is mandatory.
- Demonstrated proficiency in drafting HR policies, procedures, and professional correspondence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
Remuneration: NGN 400,000 - 500,000 Monthly (depending on experience and qualifications).
