Job Description/Requirements
- Oversee operational HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding
- Managing employee relations
- Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and labor laws.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management
- Proficiency in HR Policies, Labor Law Compliance, and HR Strategy Development
- Skills in Conflict Resolution, Change Management, and Team Building
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational Skills
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Experience in the real estate sector or a similar industry is an added advantage
