Job summary
We are recruiting on behalf of Capival Investment Limited (www.capival.com ) an experienced HR Officer to manage core HR functions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR best practices, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, and support a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and staff development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal policies.
- Support payroll preparation and staff welfare initiatives.
- Advise management on HR-related matters and workforce planning.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven HR experience.
- Knowledge of Labour Laws & HR Compliance
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
