Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle management.
- Manage employee relations, welfare, and disciplinary procedures in line with company policy.
- Support performance management processes and training initiatives.
- Maintain and update HR records and ensure compliance with labour laws.
- Prepare HR reports and contribute to workforce planning and policy implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–4 years HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of labour regulations and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, people management, and reporting skills.
- Membership of CIPM or other HR professional bodies is an added advantage.
