Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for junior to mid-level roles, including preparing job descriptions, posting ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Develop and implement effective, engaging onboarding plans to integrate new hires into the company culture.
- Employee Relations & Welfare: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Assist in managing disciplinary and grievance issues, and promote equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Performance Management: Support the management of the performance review cycles (e.g., quarterly, annually), including goal setting (OKRs/KPIs), feedback collection, and performance evaluations. Assist managers in implementing development plans for staff.
- Compensation & Benefits Administration: Assist with payroll processing, manage employee benefits programs (enrollments, changes, queries), and ensure the company's compensation is competitive to attract and retain top talent.
- Compliance & Administration: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensure all HR procedures comply with local and national employment laws, and generate regular HR reports and metrics (e.g., turnover rates, time-to-hire).
- Learning & Development: Identify training needs in conjunction with departmental managers and coordinate learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Administrator, or similar generalist role, preferably within a fast-paced startup or fintech environment.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Relevant HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-CP) are highly desirable.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. Proficiency in MS Office and prior experience with HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) is a plus.

- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
