The ideal candidate will oversee back office operations, to ensure compliance, efficient, and organized administrative services that support production, sales, customer service and Human Resources Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office, facilities, and administrative operations
  • Human Resources and Training Management
  • HSE administration and compliance
  • Document control and quality support
  • Vendor and contract management
  • Scheduling, communications, and administration
  • Front desk and reception support


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of working experience in office administration and HR management, preferably in a paint company.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; discretion with confidential information
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a small team; basic understanding of budgeting
  • B.SC / HND in business management or any related study.


Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos

Work Mode: Onsite

Remuneration: NGN 350,000
