Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function.
- Support the HR Business Partner in implementing HR initiatives and engagement activities.
- Handle employee requests, inquiries, and grievances professionally and confidentially.
- Maintain attendance records, staff rosters, and HR documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate HR meetings, prepare reports, and maintain departmental records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Stay up to date with HR trends and best practices.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years’ HR/People Ops experience
- CIPM certified
- Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High integrity and attention to detail
