Job Summary
We’re building a next-generation mobility and logistics network powered by electric vehicles. To scale fast, we need a hands-on HR & Learning Lead who can help us systematise processes relating to hiring and training logistics personnel. This is a field-driven execution job. The selected candidate will work side by side with our operations team to recruit, train, and manage performance for hundreds of riders and drivers.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Build and run a high-throughput recruitment pipeline for riders and drivers.
- Design and deliver practical training programs (safety, service, tech use, EV handling).
- Standardise onboarding and create efficient processes that scale.
- Set up performance metrics and reviews, working closely with operations.
- Drive retention initiatives—recognition programs, performance tiers, incentives.
- Digitise and document workflows so the system runs smoothly as we grow.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in HR, L&D, or field operations with high-volume blue-collar workforces.
- Proven ability to hire, train, and manage riders or drivers at scale.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like CRMs, dashboards, WhatsApp workflows, and LMS.
- A “roll up your sleeves” operator who thrives in fast-moving environments.
- Strong people instincts and communication skills across different backgrounds.
