Job summary
The HR Trainer is responsible strictly for staff training and development at Beauty Routine Cosmetic Company. This role focuses on onboarding, structured training programs, and performance development of employees after recruitment has been completed.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct onboarding sessions for newly recruited staff
- Organize and coordinate the mandatory 3-week training program
- Develop structured training manuals and product knowledge materials
- Train staff on sales techniques, customer service, and company standards
- Educate employees on company policies and code of conduct
- Assess trainee performance during the training period
- Submit training evaluation reports to the HR Manager
- Recommend staff for confirmation based on training performance
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 1-2 years of experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in staff training and development
- High level of integrity and professionalism
