Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Strategically call and email prospects to convert them into customers and long-term partners.
- Present Branda’s suite of services professionally and persuasively.
- Attend all remote sales meetings and engagements as required by the COO and Partnership Managers.
- Participate in physical client-closing meetings occasionally with the COO (company covers logistics).
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned conversion targets.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer engagement & success roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong phone presence, persuasive ability, and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Meet).
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and self-disciplined.
- Basic understanding of branding, marketing, or creative industry is an added advantage.
