Human Resource Manager
Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven HR Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and policy development. As a key player in our growing manufacturing and distribution brand, you will ensure our work culture remains positive and compliant with Nigerian labor laws.

Responsibilities:
- Talent Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new staff.
- HR Operations: Coordinate daily HR functions, maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
- Policy Development: Design, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with company growth.
- Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between management and employees, resolving disputes and fostering a healthy workspace.
- Performance & Development: Oversee performance review systems and coordinate training programs to upskill the team.
- Compliance: Ensure all company operations strictly adhere to Nigerian labor laws and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in an HR management or generalist role (experience in FMCG or manufacturing is a plus).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Location: Must reside on the Lagos Mainland, specifically in Isolo or its immediate environs (Ikotun, Ejigbo, Mushin, Oshodi, etc.). Proximity to Jakande Estate, Isolo is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Attitude: A self-motivated problem solver with high integrity and a passion for healthy living and "Made in Nigeria" products.
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 monthly
Location: Jakande Estate, Isolo, Lagos (Mainland)
