The Product Designer owns and optimizes all user-facing digital experiences—from landing pages to onboarding and parent touchpoints—ensuring clarity, usability, and conversion. They improve existing funnels through data-driven design, translating business goals into high-performing experiences that drive enrollment and enhance customer experience.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Landing Pages & Conversion Design:

  • Design high-converting landing pages for key programs and campaigns
  • Continuously improve page performance based on conversion data and user behavior
  • Align page structure, messaging, and visuals with marketing campaigns and ads
  • Optimize CTAs, forms, and page layouts to increase lead conversion


User Experience and Funnel Optimization:

  • Map and improve the full parent journey from inquiry to enrollment
  • Identify friction points and redesign flows for clarity and ease of use
  • Improve onboarding and registration experiences to reduce drop-off
  • Ensure a seamless and intuitive experience across all touchpoints


Design Systems & Brand Consistency:

  • Build and maintain a consistent design system across all digital assets
  • Ensure alignment in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Create reusable components to enable faster and more efficient design execution
  • Maintain consistency across landing pages, emails, and marketing materials


Collaboration with Developer & Marketing Team:

  • Translate designs into clear, developer-ready specifications
  • Work closely with the developer to ensure accurate implementation
  • Collaborate with the Ads Specialist to align creatives and landing page experiences
  • QA live pages to ensure responsiveness, accuracy, and performance


Experimentation & Continuous Improvement:

  • Run A/B tests on landing pages and key user flows
  • Use data and insights to inform design decisions
  • Iterate quickly based on performance metrics and feedback
  • Continuously refine experiences to improve conversion and engagement


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Minimum of a BSc.
