We are looking to hire an HR Manager to join our team!

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the office.
  • Manage office supplies, maintenance, and utilities.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth office functionality.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and company records, both electronic and physical.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes in line with company goals.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution in accordance with company policies.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of degree
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
