Job Description/Requirements
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the office.
- Manage office supplies, maintenance, and utilities.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth office functionality.
- Maintain proper filing systems and company records, both electronic and physical.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes in line with company goals.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution in accordance with company policies.
