This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lekki for an IT Support Specialist. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, maintaining and managing desktop computers, and assisting with help desk support. Additional tasks include maintaining IT systems, ensuring optimal performance, and supporting end-users with their technical needs as they arise.
Salary: ₦200k - ₦250,000
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical challenges promptly
- Hands-on experience with Desktop Computers and a strong understanding of hardware and software operations
- Proficiency in Information Technology tools and practices to ensure system reliability and effectiveness
- Experience in Help Desk Support, assisting end-users with technical inquiries and providing efficient solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist team members
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or equivalent will be an advantage
