Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of all computer systems, networks, software, and technical equipment at the CBT Centre.
- Setting up and maintaining computers and other devices
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Supporting CBT examinations
- Monitoring network connectivity.
Requirements:
- A minimum of OND/HND, BSC in Computer Science
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a CBT center
- Strong Knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, networking and troubleshooting
- Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues in CBT examinations
