Interior Design Architect

Responsibilities:

Design Development

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts from initial brief to final execution.
• Produce detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
• Integrate functionality, aesthetics, and structural considerations into all designs.

Project Execution

• Prepare comprehensive construction drawings and specifications.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes and industry standards.
• Support project implementation from concept through completion.

Client Engagement

• Meet with clients to understand project requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Present design concepts, mood boards, and material selections.

Site Coordination & Supervision

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless execution.

Material & Finishes Selection

• Recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with design intent and budget.

Research & Innovation:

• Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable practices, and emerging design technologies. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in interior architecture or high-end design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar design software.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing and spatial planning.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury residential or commercial projects.
• Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture integration.
• Strong presentation and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Professional certification or membership (e.g., ARCON or relevant bodies).
• Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
