Job summary
The position of HR role will consist of HR administration responsibilities relating to the recruitment, scheduling on-boarding task, and maintenance of staff employment; the administration of timely, accurate, and relevant processing and recording of payroll.

Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment; post vacancies, screen resumes, coordinate interview, and extend offers
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws.
- Handle onboarding, orientation, and off-boarding processes for new and existing staff.
- Provide administrative support to the MD, including calendar management, correspondence, and report preparation.
