Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll administration and HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory remittances (PAYE, PENCOM, NSITF, ITF, NHF).
- Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
- Manage union and industrial relations, including employee grievances.
- Oversee expatriate documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain employee records, welfare, and performance-related HR processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/HND in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, labour law, statutory compliance, and union management.
- Experience in the plastic, sack, packaging, or FMCG industry is an added advantage.
- CIPM certification is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems.
