Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR/Admin Officer to join our hospitality team in Oghara, Delta State. The ideal candidate will oversee all human resource and administrative operations, ensuring compliance with policies and smooth day-to-day running of the facility.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Human Resources Functions:

  • Support recruitment processes, including posting job ads, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Administer staff benefits, leave schedules, and payroll support.
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures professionally.


Administrative Functions:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and logistics.
  • Supervise administrative support staff (e.g. cleaners, drivers, security).
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, and records.
  • Organise meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant HR/Admin experience (preferably in the hospitality sector).
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Oghara, Delta State.

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – 250,000 Monthly
