Job Summary

We are Currently looking for a HR Manager to oversee all staff warfare and Benefits. The HR Manager will plan, lead, develop, and coordinate the policies, HR activities ensuring legal compliance and implementation aligned with the organization’s mission and talent strategy.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including preparing offer letters, employment letters, and onboarding new employees.
  • Educate staff on benefits, compensation packages, and company policies.
  • Oversee employee performance evaluation processes and provide regular feedback reports to management.
  • Submit accurate weekly and monthly HR reports to management.
  • Facilitate employee participation, communication, and engagement initiatives.
  • Plan and deliver training programs for both new and existing employees.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Ensure the health and safety of employees, manage insurance matters, and oversee staff and customer welfare initiatives.
  • Support the development and maintenance of a clear and effective organizational structure.
  • Maintain attendance records, compile payroll data, and submit to the accountant for salary processing.
  • Prepare and send official letters (employment, termination, queries, notifications), approve leave requests (up to one day), and manage employee documentation and record-keeping.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in human resources management or administration.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labor relations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems is an added advantage.
