Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job vacancies and screening resumes.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and documentation.
- Participate in organizing staff training, workshops, and welfare activities.
- Help in monitoring attendance, leave, and performance tracking systems.
- Support HR staff in handling employee inquiries and maintaining confidentiality.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that promote a positive work environment.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc. qualification.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proper organizational skills
