Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & hiring: finding and hiring the right people for jobs.
- Employee onboarding & training: welcoming new staff and helping them learn the ropes.
- Managing employee records: keeping personal and payroll info safe and organized.
- Handling payroll & benefits: processing salaries, pensions, health insurance, leave, etc.
- Employee relations: resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and keeping morale high.
- Performance management: setting goals, doing appraisals, and helping staff improve.
- Compliance with labor laws: making sure the company follows Nigerian employment laws and regulations.
- HR policy creation & implementation: developing rules and guidelines for the workplace.
- Talent development: planning career growth and providing learning opportunities.
- Workplace safety & wellness: ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
